www.tsn.ca/nhl/story/?id=285661Morris was once a reliable fantasy commodity but its been a long long time since he's had a noteworthy fantasy season I wonder where he will fall in the lineup.

with wideman, chara, and hunwick, i don't see him getting a whole lot of offense going. But you might see him replacing Ward and playing with Chara...
Chara-Morris Ference-Wideman Hunwick-Stuart
That would be my guess... but someone who follows Boston a little more closely might prove me wrong.

Well like fukufuji pointed out correctly his offensive game has diminished but regardless he's a solid physical defenseman with great size. Ideally I'd say he fits in a shutdown role and possibly a filler on the 2nd PP unit. Great veteran pickup but @ the potential price of Kessel could be costly.

I personally don't think Morris is a huge upgrade over Ward. He is better, but I don't know if he's really worth the extra $1 million cap headache.
