If you have miller grab lalime quick. If you need a goalie temporarily grab lalime also.
Miller personally says the injury is not feeling major but you might want to nab lalime as insurance. Remember both Flury and crosby missed significant portions of seasons with what was diagnosed as a minor high ankle sprain.

also keep an eye on jhonas enroth. he may get the nod when lalime inevitably sucks.

Does anyone think this ankle sprain could carry into next season? Man I just traded for him in a keeper an hope he isn't going to struggle with this injury. I am going ot be drafting whoever is his backup next year as insurance.

I'd say he will be fine by next season but it's gonna be about 2 months for him to feel better so he will have the off-season to get healthy and rehab'd.

I think it depends on how lalime and enroth do. If one of those guys keeps them at .500 I wouldn't be suprised if we don't see Miller till playoffs. If they both flop then Miller will probably be back sooner rather than later. I hope they give him ample time to recover no matter what happens.

if he has a legit high ankle sprain, he's out 2 months at least. that means he's back for liek the 2nd round of the playoffs. are the sabres really going to make it to the second round of the playoffs without miller?

Miller may start tonight. I personlly think they are rushing him back too fast and worry about this as a nagging injury. Try not to forget about this when drafting next year.
Notable ankle sufferers Forsberg, Semin, Crosby, Flurey, Leclaire. Not trying to be alarmest just worth some caution i think. Ankle injury is no joke.
