Hopefully this post finds everyone's fantasy team performing close or past their hopes and expectations with a quarter of the season behind us. I know that part of what I'm thankful for this thanksgiving is this site being in my life for the past few years, haha!!!
Safe and happy holiday to all. While most will be watching the hometown Eagles here in Philly and most across the US will be watching football. I, personally, will be watching the Leafs/Sens game and the Flames/Canucks shortly after. Enjoy!

Hey man!
Yeah two of my four fantasy teams are performing above expectations, while the other two are performing at or below my expectations.
Unfortunately, I'm stuck at work today till 11pm. But thats alright because it was between having today off or X-Mas, and I really wanted X-Mas off...and I got it. So its not so bad. Also, tomorrow I'm going to Atlanta to see family and friends...i'll be at the Thrashers/Predators game tomorrow night, then again on Sunday they play St. Louis(hopefully Kariya and or Berglund will be back in the lineup for that one!).
but anywho...Happy freakin' Thanksgiving indeed, to all!

Sorry you had to move the post...wasn't sure what category it feel under, haha.
I'd take that trade off for Christmas sounds like a good move. I'm actually headed to the Flyers/Canes game right now. Really trying to resist buying one of the new orange 3rds. They look sharp though.
This was my first year tackling more than two teams...I was worried it would take away from my focus on my teams in the leagues I've been in for several years. who was I kidding? Its just more fun for me and more room to experiment.
Hitman, do you approach all your drafts in a similar fashion or do you try to vary your strategy. Each draft this year(I had 4), I decided to use different modes of attack. For my team in a paid league I took it with the neurotic approach that I think most of us use. However, for my other 3 drafts is where things got fun. For one, I went strictly for point predictions not taking anything else into account. I had a list stuck to it and took whomever was highest on that list. Another, I used the tier system that was presented on this great site. Lastly on my fourth and final team I went simply on last year's performance.
Long post but I think you catch what I'm asking. anyone else out there do this? Also, what strategies do you go in with? Figured this would be a topic that could run for a while.
