lol sports.yahoo.com/nhl/news?slug=ap-blues-legacehurt&prov=ap&type=lgnsFrom Rotoworld: Manny Legace-G-Blues Oct. 24 - 11:14 pm et Manny Legace left Friday night's contest after the first period with an undisclosed injury. Legace entered tonight's contest with a 4-1-0 record before leaving at the first period intermission. Ben Bishop came in for relief of Legace and stopped 15 of the 17 shots that he faced during the contest. The Blues play the Panthers tomorrow night, and if Legace is unable to make the start, look for Bishop to be between the pipes for the Blues. We'll keep you updated on Legace's status as we receive more information.

i read that in the paper today. palin sucks.
interesting to hear the crowd's reaction to her. i had the game on the radio, and the kings announcers said it was more or less 50/50. probably more like 90/10 after her carpet injured manny, haha.

the reaction in town before the game was 50% hate for her and 50% my view, which is who the heck cares who drops the puck.
now, as for guy who put/left the carpet in front of the door for folks on skates, FIRED.
she's one of the 4 principals in the election who is a hockey fan. I have no problem with her dropping the puck whichver party she's from. people need to get a grip. it's the puck drop, you're not having her over for dinner.
I hope Bishop can step up. The last time we had a goalie who we signed/drafted ourselves that pleasantly surprised was Curtis Joseph in the 90s. we are due. 6'7" in the pipes though....can he get down and back up enough to guard the bottom of the net?

Bishop is probably the best young goaltender most people have never heard of. The guy has been successful at every level of hockey hes played in and is now dubbed the Blues goaltender of the future. Keep an eye on him because he has the talent to be a superstar no. 1 goaltender.
